Our Qualifications: 2030 Leadership, LLC is led by Dr. Pat O’Connell with over 40 years’ experience in global organizational leadership, strategic planning, team building, and leadership education. and leadership research. My innovative research, training, and writing focus on how to develop leadership communications competencies, and how to form and sustain high performing teams.
